There's some noticeable inconsistency on your claims. Have you considered that you've downloaded an offshoot version instead? I've only ever personally uploaded it on Steam and ModDB. What's weird is that I never even uploaded my mod there. You mentioned you got it from the Paradox Interactive workshop. How come you'd rather post two reddit posts, one after the other, and not even consider DMing me on Steam? From the comments sections of my mods it's pretty easy to tell that I always answer as quickly as I can.
